Yep, I know, FOOD!

I really enjoy giving food as gifts, especially when I get to make it myself. Over the years I have made gingerbread trees, rum balls, coconut ice, white christmas, cookies, fudge etc etc.
Cowgirl Cookies, and more granny love!

Conveniently-, E is for EASTER!!! This post was really a no brainer for me, cos, well, you know I love chocolate……and Easter means chocolate! LOTS f chocolate!!

Ok, so many people will say “but what about the real meaning of Easter?”. Well, quite frankly, there is a not a religious bone in my body, so personally, Easter will always be a time to spend with friends and family, being ultra consumeristic, and eating lots of chocolate. It will always be the Easter Hat Parades at school and daycare. It will always be the anticipation of the Easter Bunny’s visit to our house, and the excitement in the eyes of our kids when they see that the furry guy has been. It will always be drinks and BBQs and a long weekend.  It  will always be EGGS!!!

That is what Easter really means to ME.
