Egg free chocolate ‘mousse’

200g dark chocolate
300mL thickened cream

Whip cream until stiff peaks form

Melt chocolate, and cool slightly. Fold 1/4 of the cream into the chocolate.

Fold choc mixture into remaining cream until combined

Divide into bowls or glasses for serving, and chill til set

    • Glad to inspire.
      Blogtoberfest became a write-off unfortunately. My Dad got very sick, very quickly with cancer, and passed away November 19. I am only now logging on to the blog to catch up on comments, and start posting again in the hopes of getting the Christmas juices flowing.
      I will be sure to pop over for a look at the December challenge. It could be just what I need to get back on track xx
