Tea Cups

You will need:

1 packet of Tic Toc biscuits
1 bag of pink and white marshmallows
1 packet of Freckles
2 rolls of Musk lifesavers
white chocolate buttons (to melt)

  1. Cut all the Life Savers in half to make the handles.
  2. Melt chocolate
  3. Lay out biscuits coloured side up.
  4. Put a small amount of melted chocolate on the bottom of each marshmallow (on the narrowest end of the marshmallow) and stick to the biscuits.
  5. Put some chocolate on the top of the marshmallows, and stick a freckle on top.
  6. To make the handles, dab some chocolate on the cut edges of the lifesavers, them press firmly against the side of the marshmallows.
  7. Refrigerate til set.
Choc Coated Oreos on sticks
You will need:
melted chocolate
sticks (I used lollypop/cake pop sticks from a cake supplier, cut in half)
  1. Gently separate Oreos (I had trouble, and broke almost a whole packet! Make sure they are soft, or use a knife with a thin blade to slice through the middle)
  2. Press stick gently into filling to create and indentation.
  3. Dip stick in melted chocolate, then sandwich between the 2 sides of the biscuit, making sure the stick is in the groove you made. Repeat for all the biscuits.
  4. Dip the Oreos into melted chocolate, and make sure there is a good covering. Use a spoon if needed. Let excess drip off, then lay on a lined tray.
  5. Sprinkle with choice of decoration, (I used 100s and 1000s) and allow to set completely
Rainbow Jelly Cups
You will need:
packets of Jelly- equal numbers of red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. I used one packet of each, and small plastic cups, making 20 jelly cups
jug or bowl for mixing jelly
a measuring device. I used a tablespoon
  1. Make up the bottom colour/flavour (I started with purple at the bottom) to the directions on the packet, and allow to cool, but not start to set.
  2. Measure equal quantities of jelly into each cup, and add a spoon to each.
  3. Place in fridge or freezer to set.
  4. Repeat process for each colour
Rainbow Cupcakes
You will need:
Favourite cupcake recipe
Favourite frosting recipe
Cup cake cups/liners
1-2 packets Rainbow Sour Straps
  1. Bake and ice cupcakes as usual.
  2. Trim sour straps where needed, and bend, then stick into frosting. Easy peasy!
I really hope this has given you some helpful ideas, and some inspiration for your own Rainbow party xx
